My life has changed drastically since having my son in the fall of 2007. It's pretty much all about him... Although, I'm starting to feel like I have a little more of my own identity back and I can do things like workout, run and write a blog or two or three.
I'm also a Certified Exercise Physiologist, so from time to time I work on health and fitness related sites too, or my P2 Conditioning blog.
My company, P2 Conditioning runs a water class for people who have had hip or knee replacements. I also manage corporate fitness sites, do personal training, rehabilitation, athletic training and workshop development. So, I'm often teaching or working on new programs.
